The Headlines :

In the role of Ethics and Compliance Systems Specialist working in Denver, you will be part of the global Ethics and Compliance team. You will be responsible for administration of all systems and related processes, including day-to-day management of tools such as Conflicts of Interest and Gifts and Entertainment disclosure modules. Additionally, you will support the team’s initiatives by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely project completion.

This position reports to Senior Manager, Ethics and Compliance and works closely with Regional Ethics and Compliance Directors, Learning and Development (L&D), Legal, and HR.

The Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external partners on the Learning Management System to ensure effective delivery (and set-up) of online ethics and compliance training curriculum. Monitor and troubleshoot issues and make recommendations for process improvements. Analyzes, identifies and communicates LMS system and business requirements to strategic vendor.

  • Serves as subject matter expert for the Ethics and Compliance organization by providing a central source of excellence on matters related to systems and processes, infrastructure, connectivity and systems and data dependencies. Works with external vendors (coordinates translation services, courseware development, etc.) to move projects forward. Is sensitive to the differing needs in each business unit as it relates to deployment of projects.

  • Administers and assists with technical requirements and process improvements for systems and tools such as the Gift and Entertainment register and Conflict of Interest disclosure module, for monitoring compliance with corporate polices and procedure and relevant laws. Serves as primary point of contact for resolution of issues. Respond to technical questions raised by internal users and provide technical support as needed. Prepares technical materials for end-users for areas requiring technical expertise. Provide general training and communications system support, including design and management of the department's SharePoint site.

  • Administer external due diligence platform. Manage requests and queries from business stakeholders and provide system support to internal team members.

  • As assigned, work on and/or lead projects relating to specific system and/or process areas for cross-functional, global audience.

The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline/equivalent relevant experience

  • LMS/HRIS or similar systems experience

  • Foundational knowledge of Ethics and Compliance concepts

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint preferred)

  • Experience being involved in projects
