With overall responsibility for leading CSG's outbound demandgeneration marketing activities directed towards current and potentialcustomers and partners, this role will have a direct impact on filling andaccelerating the company sales pipeline.This role leads the company's channel, partner marketing, and eventsteams, who partner with client business units and product marketingleadership on the creation and execution of the go-to-market strategy withinCSG's global business. They leverage a combination of data-driven analysisand problem solving, combined with strong partnerships with client businessunits, product, and corporate marketing leadership to support businessgrowth through effective marketing programs. This highly collaborative rolewill liaise with members of the corporate and product marketing teams, aswell as product, sales, and other cross-functional teams, to ensurealignment to overall business objectives.Job Responsibilities:Revenue Growth and Support* Collaborate with client business unit and product marketing leadership tocreate and execute the go-to-market business plans that drive sales growthwithin CSG's various lines of business across all channels* Develop and lead innovative outbound marketing strategies and programsintended to meet and/or exceed sales objectives. Ensure effective adoptionof marketing campaigns at all levels of the organization* Own the conceptualization and execution of demand creation and nurturingacross the globe* Monitor program results and make ongoing enhancements and adjustments tostrategies and programs, as needed* Partner with client business unit and marketing leadership to understandsales and growth strategies, the market environment, and customer needs inorder to develop integrated marketing initiatives and support the clientbusiness unit teams with marketing campaigns and their use across prioritizedgo-to-market initiatives* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with client business unit andproduct marketing leadership and address any high-level issues with thechannel marketing strategies* Systematically monitor and analyze marketing performance against leadgeneration and other marketing goals to ensure delivery on leads across allintegrated marketing programs; continually drive marketing ROI throughprogram optimization and resource alignmentCampaign and Program Management* Leverage and adapt corporate and product marketing programs and activitiesto help generate leads, promote CSG brand awareness to influencecustomers, prospects, and analysts globally* Develop innovative programs and campaigns to fill the lead pipeline andalign marketing planning and initiatives to meet and exceed lead andopportunity goals across all business units* Create and drive CSG's account-based marketing (ABM) strategyglobally, driving segmentation for marketing programs, analyzing programperformance, and driving optimizations across marketing touchpoints* Conduct analysis across campaigns to continuously optimize campaign andchannel performance* Ensure the voice of the customer is inherent in all programs and sharesresponsibility for the success of all programs, global and regional* Own the overall strategy and lead the team responsible for physical andvirtual events (i.e. trade shows, client conferences, client events,business reviews, webinars, etc.) Collaborate with client businessunit, corporate and product marketing, and product teams to ensure eventsalign with overall lead generation/nurturing program objectives* Drive demand generation strategy and post-event lead nurturing strategies,and partner with marketing operations on lead tracking, reporting, andfield compliance* Collab
