iCIMS Financial Analyst in Denver, Colorado

Job Overview

iCIMS is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly analytical finance professional to help propel the business forward through data-driven forecasts and insights. In this role, you will support the forecast and month end analysis of operational metrics, margin, expense, working capital and driving process improvements and automation through Adaptive Insights. This role reports to the Manager, Finance and will have a high level of visibility throughout the finance and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the forecast and month end analysis of operational metrics, margin, expense and working capital with Adaptive Insights. • Work with budget owners, procurement and other financial analysts for forecasting and reporting vendors, allocations and other expenses. • Work with Accounting department and other financial analysts to maintain forecast of the Balance sheet, Cash Flow and Income Statement.  • Develop scalable, automated dashboards to provide benchmarking and progress against key performance goals and initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and work with cross-functional groups to support these improvements. • Pull data from multiple data sources, including Salesforce, NetSuite, our data warehouse, and Excel spreadsheets, to aggregate into reports and business insights. • Identify and summary key drivers of financial performance on a consolidated and departmental level. • Support monthly and fiscal year planning, reporting and forecasting. • Maintain high levels of accuracy, integrity, process consistency and documentation in planning, forecasting, and modeling approaches. • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures and core competencies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance/data analytics, management consulting or financial accounting and analysis required. • Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar modeling software required. • Expert experience with Excel required • Creative, intellectually curious and able to effectively collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance. • Ability to work independently, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Data driven individual with a strong business acumen and focus on analytical problem solving, data manipulation and management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to turn data into a story for our business partners. • Ability to develop recommendations, form judgments, and make decisions based on existing available data. • Strong customer focus—dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal customers, acts with customer in mind, and establishes and maintains effective working relationships with customers. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Education/Certifications/Licenses

• BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience

Compensation & Benefits

Target Total compensation - $51,500 - $68,600
