Griffis Residential Service Team Associates are hard working team players who genuinely care about delivering "It’s about you" customer service quality to our customers, residents, and guests. Qualified candidates will participate in daily community inspections and communicate findings to the Community and Service Manager.

  • Supports the service team in maintaining the cleanliness of the community, amenities, clubhouse(s), offices and apartments to the highest level of cleanliness and according to standards.

  • Completes daily tasks assigned by the Community and Service ManagersReads, understands, and complies with product safety labels, community policy and procedure manuals.

  • Provides quality customer service and communicates with residents, clients, associates, and other business contacts in a friendly and courteous manner.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate, comprehend, speak and read in English.

  • Maintains community standards for cleanliness; including the clubhouse(s), models, fitness center, business center, service team shop, leasing office, and all other amenities and common areas. This includes preparing the leasing office and models every morning prior to opening the community to customers.

  • Fulfills apartment make ready cleaning processes and standards using the make ready checklist.

  • Touches up make ready apartments that have been ready for more than one week including: dusting, vacuuming, wiping down and freshening up.

  • Supports service team in completing exterior and common area maintenance


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • 1-2 years experience as a housekeeper in apartments or hotel industry.

  • Great attention to detail
