Core activities will include short term case management services foridentified households includes assessment, identifying and administeringappropriate financial interventions, referrals to community resources(clothing, food, and other emergency assistances) and short termfollow up care. The Case Manager will work remotely and contact household'svia phone, e-mail, Zoom or Skype. This is a temporary, full-time,non-exempt position at $22.00 per hour. The duration of this position may last Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:* Strong communication and people skills* Able to greet and assist all people without discrimination* Ability to complete timely and detailed documentation (includingassessments)* Ability to use professional discretion to determine appropriate assistance* Strong skills in customer service* Competent in working independently within clear parameters in a teamenvironment* Bi-lingual (preferred)* Successfully pass background check* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to managedatabases, and follow program policies.
