You will be responsiblefor helping Enterprises stay at the forefront of AWS Cloud innovation byacquiring, validating, and deploying skills so that they can successfullydeliver on their business objectives.You will deeply understand Enterprise customer learning needs and define theend to end customer experience (content, technology, delivery). Youwill determine how to measure the customer experience and relentlessly driveimprovements based on data. You will prioritize initiatives and create aroadmap to meet customer needs and partner cross-functionally to ensure theright customer experience is delivered.Key responsibilities:* Obsess over customer needs by meeting with Enterprise customers tounderstand their needs, use cases, and priorities* Innovate on behalf of Enterprise customers to identify and deliver thelearning offerings, experiences, and curriculum needed to exceed their needs* Lead the creation of a product strategy and vision and seek alignment forthat strategy* Prioritize initiatives and create product roadmaps for learning offerings,experiences, and curriculum* Develop business requirements and user stories* Work closely with curriculum development, technology, productmanagement, marketing, and go to market teams to deliver results* Establish metrics and key performance indicators to manage the business* Use metrics to drive improvement and innovation* Work with marketing and business development teams on the best way to shareand position learning offerings with customersBasic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, business, or relateddiscipline* Experience of 8+ years as a product manager or related roles* Track record of shaping business strategy and roadmaps for technicalproducts* Ability to work cross functionally to launch and improve products* Strong written communication skills and the ability to influence other teams* Demonstrated strategic thinking skillsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
