They will setteam goals, motivate and develop team members, and work closely with salesand marketing leaders. This person needs to communicate effectively acrossmultiple departments, have the ability to shift gears at a moment'snotice, and enjoy the challenges of providing excellent customer service ina dynamic environment.This is a role for both experienced and up-and-coming sales leaders who arepassionate about the opportunity to join one of the fastest growing technologystartups globally.What you will be doing:Recruit, lead and develop a team of SDRs and BDRs, applying best practicesto produce maximum resultsAssist the Head of SMB and SDR in determining the process, playbooks,career paths and appropriate measurements for SDRs and BDRsDevelop a highly scalable yet personal outbound outreach strategyWork with Sales Managers and Executives toward common goals of pipelinegenerationUtilize quantitative methods to measure, manage, and optimize efforts andallocation of resourcesIdentify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process,efficiency, and productivityMaintain focus and commitment on assigned targetsHelp build a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to workWhat you should have:Desire to lead, coach and develop others around you.
