Then you might be a great fit for Change Management andDeployment Manager with DaVita.Team Runway is the central change management and deployment function in theVillage. We partner with all teams to create and deploy efficient andeffective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives.The Change Management and Deployment Manager will support the implementationof small to large change initiatives using process improvement and changemanagement methodologies. This will require working in a fast paced and highlycollaborative environment, with a high level of emotional intelligence.Change deployments will include:Partnering with teams across the organization to deploy new processes andinnovative medical technologiesUse of organizational / behavioral change management strategies and tacticalplansExercising strong project management skills to achieve adoption andtransformational outcomesAdhering to and evolving a standard practice for change management anddeploymentThe Manager will directly lead and/or indirectly influence teams of highlymotivated change agents with process improvement, change management, andorganization development experience, and is expected to effectively manageindividual work streams and communicate recommendations to business unit leadsand senior executives.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Project ManagementAlign deployment plan to project objectives and team goals, proactivelyidentifying roadblocks and addressing scopeLeverage necessary teams to execute deliverables on-time by buildingappropriate rapport and partnershipChange Strategy and DeploymentEffectively partner with stakeholders to understand, manage, and executean effective change and deployment approach, aligning change strategy andkey messaging with enterprise prioritiesManage the change team to deliver change management strategy and collateral asappropriate, following the team's change methodologyEnsure clear adoption metrics are established and measured as part of theoverall change plan to articulate the impact of effective change strategiesBuilding RelationshipsUse a high degree of emotional intelligence to productively navigaterelationships and build credibilityGain buy-in from project partners, sponsors, and team, identifyingappropriate leaders to build a sponsorship modelFoster an environment of trust within project teamAnalyticsAnalyze success and process metrics to identify and address barriers toadoptionQA metrics for accuracy and complete metrics report out to stakeholders andleadershipTeamCultivate a high level of collaboration within the project team andstakeholder groupCommit to the development of individuals and work to bring our team 'up'with the same intention that you do yourself; proactively identifiedopportunities for personal and professional growthHire the appropriate people for the right job and coach for performanceCreate a fun and productive work environmentUnderstand and evaluate team's performance on Engagement Surveys and help todevelop action plans to address areas of under performanceHere is what you can expect when you join our Village:A "community first, company second" culture based on Core...
