The SE Manager will beresponsible for developing and retaining top-talent in this fast growing SEteam. In addition, the SE Manager will work closely with their aligned AreaVP, and Regional Sales Managers to understand their account mix and salesopportunities, partnering to drive strategy and execution. The role will bebased out of one of our major hubs. Travel will be up to 30+% insupporting your employees and client engagements.YOUR IMPACT:The Solution Engineering Manager will hire and allocate resources, performemployee reviews and evaluations, participate in strategic deals, and backup team members as needed to grow the business. The SE Manager may be aplayer-coach, actively working with their team members to solve difficultproblems, and coordinating corporate/external resources when required.REQUIRED SKILLS: * Prior Pre-Sales Solution Engineering experience in a client-facingrole. * Must be able to support the Solution Engineering team by providingguidance on sales strategies, approaches to solve specific problems, aswell as represent their team's needs to Salesforce's executive staff. * Able to communicate equally with internal resources such as ProductManagement, Enablement, and Sales Management to gain commitment andsupport. Must have good fundamental Sales Skills. * Possesses good analytical capabilities, be organized and able to workmany tasks at the same time. * Proficient with CRM technologies (or other Enterprise businessapplications) and be able to present to a business or technical audience. * Knowledge of advanced technologies.
