About the Position:The Channel Marketing Program Manager is a key member of the Global ChannelMarketing team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the success ofJuniper partners through effective marketing programs, consistentcommunications, content creation, and facilitation of marketing programs.Critical to success, the candidate must have an understanding of PartnerMarketing, Demand Center programs and execution of campaigns globally.Seeking an individual with a proven history developing impactful programs witha relentless focus on execution.Responsibilities:Assess partner marketing requirements across theatres to strategicallyidentify the most productive partner lead generation campaigns and programsfor partners to executeWork closely with Marketing Narrative teams, Global Demand and Data Scienceteams to develop a strategy and roadmap of demand generation content andprograms that align to Juniper's business goalsWork with Field Marketing teams to develop partner-led demand generationprograms to drive net-new businessWork cross-functionally with the WW Partner Organization to develop programsand nurture strategies for Juniper's channelSupport cross-function channel communications strategy including emails,newsletters, webinars, etc.Work closely with Field Marketing to ensure successful delivery of campaignsand programs including maximizing the digital marketing assets and programsfor our channel partnersEnsure that the partner programs are effective in the local markets,consistently assessing ROI and effectiveness globallyAnalyze program utilization and work with theatre leads to strategically mapcampaigns and programs to partners for effectivenessMaintain focus on metric attribution, efficacy of investment and ease ofimplementation for channel partners Minimum Qualifications:7+ years Channel Marketing experience with proven demand generation experienceTeam player and influencer; ability to build strong relationships and pushback when necessaryResults driven; does what it takes to get the job done and naturally goesthe extra mileAbility to thrive in a dynamic work environment with limiteddirection/supervision as well as adapt to continually changing prioritiesand aggressive project timeframesStrong communication skills, with a "can do" attitude and the ability todevelop creative solutions to problems Preferred Qualifications:3+ years Demand Center experienceAs an individual contributor, have a range of marketing analytic,strategic and tactical skills to execute agreed upon plan and to take on newtasks as plans change to get the job doneFamiliarity with marketing and sales automation systems such as Eloqua andsalesforce.comOther Information:May be home office based within United StatesRelocation is not available for this positionTravel requirements for the positionJuniper Networks is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment withoutregard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability orprotected veteran status.
