The myTrailhead Account Executive role focuses exclusively onselling the myTrailhead platform which is our groundbreaking solution forreinventing learning and creating a culture of learning inside companies. ThemyTrailhead Account Executive will formulate and execute a sales strategywithin an assigned region, drive revenue growth by penetrating the currentcustomer base, and develop new customers in their assigned space.You will work as a trusted advisor to deeply understand the unique businesschallenges and goals of the customer. You will consult with customers on theSalesforce myTrailhead solution to evangelize solutions that will help themreach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations.This is accomplished by participating and leading client meetings or engagingother corporate resources as required, as well as participating in regionalforecast calls and account planning sessions. Accurately forecasting salesactivity and revenue while creating satisfied and reference-able customers arekey responsibilities within the myTrailhead AE position.You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborativeand fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.Your Qualifications:Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skillset needed to besuccessful will vary from 4+ years of quota carrying software or technologysales and account management experience. Experience in the learning ortraining platform spaces is preferred.
