Lambuth Family Center – Denver, Colorado

Scope of Position:

The Office Manager ensures smooth daily operations of Lambuth Family Resource Center, an overnight housing facility serving families experiencing homelessness. The duties of this administrative position include data entry, managing the phone and calendar, initiating

deposits, and organizing volunteers. This position provides oversight of the day-to-day operations as they relate to building maintenance, supplies, and staffing under the guidance of the Lambuth Family Program Manager. This position supervises the program

chef and janitor and may occasionally require some evening/overnight hours. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.


Position Qualifications:

 Minimum 5 years work experience OR a bachelor’s degree

 Experience in a housing services/family sheltering programing, preferred

 Experience as a supervisor or manager, preferred

 Customer service experience; effective communication and people skills

 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel.

 Successfully pass background check

 Complete internal Protecting the Mission training for working with minors within 3 months of employment

 Proficient in speaking and writing the English language

 Desire to serve others who are overcoming hardships
