The Philanthropy Cloud AccountExecutive will focus on prospecting and customer sales engagement, workingclosely with Salesforce sales in key industries. We are looking for anambitious sales focused subject matter expert to deliver solution-specificexpertise, guidance and bookings. in close conjunction with SalesforceAccount Executives, but also with our Philanthropy Cloud product marketingand product solutions team to calibrate and deliver the right go-to-marketstraResponsibilitiesCreate, identify and close sales for Philanthropy Cloud in conjunction withAccount ExecutivesCoordinate with Salesforce sales plays and marketing campaigns focused onemployee experience, employee engagement, and sustainability marketingcampaignsPresent Philanthropy Cloud overviews, deep dives and demonstrations to crossfunctional customer executives (Human Resources, CSR, ESG, GrantsManagement, Finance, Marketing, Communications)Lead answering RFPs effectivelyInform and deliver continuous sales enablement and training programs toconstantly raise the CSR|ESG expertise of the broader teamDesign, deliver and scale regional events and activities to driveawareness, interest and demand for Philanthropy CloudConduct and coordinate ongoing feedback from customer and the market to thePhilanthropy Cloud Product teamBuild and cultivate relationships with key customers, industry thoughtleaders, influencers and innovators to create new opportunitiesHelp drive internal cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing,Solution Engineering, Alliances, Customer SuccessBuild and maintain Philanthropy Cloud sales metrics including pipelinegeneration and sales forecastMeet and exceed sales objectivesParticipate in appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings andcertifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effectivein the positionAbility to travel based on territory alignment and region [whencircumstances allow]Qualifications/ExperienceExtensive experience either as a CSR practitioner, grantor and/or as aconsultant to corporations in corporate social responsibilityA solid understanding of the CSR, HR, Grants Management and ESG technologymarketDeep understanding of creating employee giving, corporate giving,community involvement, stakeholder engagement and volunteering campaignsExcellent business management, presentation and executive engagement skillswith a focus on value sellingThe ability to construct and articulate strong business cases and ROI5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, CSR/HR/GrantManagement technology and proven track record of excellenceBe able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, rapidlychanging environmentEmbodies our core values of Trust, Customer Success, Impact,Innovation, and Equality.Have a solid understanding of the challenges facing nonprofit, CSR, HR,Grant, ESG technology marketPlease
