Cleo is looking for a data-driven, customer-focused individual for the Product Owner for Cleo Integration Cloud. You will be a member of the Cleo Product Management team and will work side by side with our customer facing and development teams to deliver on our product strategy and direction.
Your natural curiosity will drive you to learn about our customer’s complex technical problems and you’ll use your abilities to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and collaborate to find the optimal solutions.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Drive product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Prioritizes and maintains the iteration backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
Define, build and test user stories, acceptance criteria and epics by working “three in a box” with Engineering and User Experience
Work in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables.
Develop and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
Requirements:
3+ years of product owner / product management / customer facing experience in B2B
Integration experience is a MUST
Technical background in building platform, microservices, APIs is preferred
Experience in Cloud and iPaaS is preferred
Exposure to supply chain industry is a bonus
Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills
Strong written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience, and energy
A passion for usability, user empathy and a knack for simplicity
Hands-on, willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time
BE/BS in Computer Science or related field
Strong project management and organization skills
Be comfortable with change and uncertainty
