Sunrun, Inc Project Manager in Denver, Colorado

Overview

Sunrun is looking for a process focused, detail oriented, and efficient Program Manager to join our team. This critical person will drive continuous process improvement and implement AutoCAD enhancements in a highly collaborative and cross functional role. Projects will include but are not limited to: template management and development, process advancements, standards and practices, revision control, and more. Critical Metrics revolve around successful completion and on time delivery. High level organizational, interpersonal and technical skills will be demanded for this position. The work environment is fast paced, fluid and exciting!

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and monitor CAD design standards and procedures to meet business needs

  • Provide production CAD support for the Design Engineering team

  • Ensure tracking, response and expectations related to the handling of specific Design Engineering support requests, requests for improvements, and systems related questions

  • Participate in process documentation from collecting feedback, researching and confirming information to produce final business process documents. Keep documentation resources current

  • Combine various, and sometimes competing, interests into an efficient and optimized strategy & platform

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other team leaders (operations, sales, care, etc.,) to align technical needs with the most critical business needs

  • Participate as a core team member on software projects

  • Handle information requests and prepare regular & ad-hoc presentations

  • Other responsibilities as requested by leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years AutoCAD experience including:

  • Dynamic block creation preferred

  • LISP creation preferred

  • 2+ years related experience including;

  • Project management experience

  • Process engineering and improvement

  • Documentation creation and management

  • Data analysis knowledge preferred

  • Programming knowledge preferred

  • Cross-functional communication

Sense of humor and team mentality is a must!
