We are currently seeking a Pre-Op PACU RegisteredNurse (RN) to join our family. Come be a part of the change! Here is some of what you can expect from being a Pre-Op PACU RegisteredNurse with us: * You will oversee and direct the care of thepre-surgical/post-procedural patient. * You will serve as the primary nurse leading the collaboration of alldisciplines for well-coordinated patient care. * You will oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel,maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients. * You will deliver care, which is based on criteria that is ageappropriate and is based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural,safety, and learning needs of the individual patients. * You may be asked to rotate/float to areas other than your assignedservice area, and you will perform only those duties for which you havedemonstrated competency. What qualifications you will need: * Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, orcurrent active multi-state Registered Nurse license. * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross. * ACLS certification. * Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. * One (1) year minimum experience in PACU or Critical Care as a RNrequired.
