We'reproud of our team and the important work we do to build confidence for a morecJob DescriptionWho we are looking for:An accomplished Marketing leader with proven success leading the delivery ofand Digital, Demand Generation and ABM programs within the cybersecurityindustry. The successful candidate will be highly experienced in marketingwith an accomplished background that incorporates elements of digitalmarketing, demand generation, and ABM program implementation.How you'll make an impact:Leading multiple marketing teams focused on collaborating with leaders acrossthe company including Services, Sales, and Partner Management to deliveroutstanding outcomes for Optiv's expansion with existing and new clienttargets. This role brings together elements of the critical components relatedto digital, demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM).* Develop, lead and coach a marketing team 8 direct reports and 30+ employees* Provide thought leadership and new approaches around Digital marketing,Demand Generation and ABM* Own the thought leadership pipeline for Optiv and coordinate across thecompany to tap into the resident expertise and insights across the business,translate them for external consumption, and amplify* Act as a key member of the marketing leadership team and help drive ourmarketing strategy and execution game plan* Support Optiv's core business strategy to achieve revenue goals andalignment with key partners around bi-directional marketing planning. Thisincludes navigating between Optiv objectives and partner objectives to developmutually beneficial marketing programs* Design, plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns. Measure,analyze and report on all campaigns for effectiveness and manage performancethrough KPIs such as cost per lead and cost per acquisition, adjusting thechannel mix and messaging when needed* Lead and execute ABM campaigns across email, social, direct mail, andweb with the support of cross-functional marketing operation efforts. Conductanalysis across campaigns to continuously optimize campaign and channelperform* Manage a budget that meets company goals for pipeline growth. Overseecampaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes and technologies* Enhance marketing automation understanding across the business, withemphasis on lead nurturing, lead prioritization, lead routing, anddriving funnel stage progressionQualifications* Demonstrated Marketing leadership success, particularly demonstrated in aB2B services-intensive business, ideally within cybersecurity* Proven ability to come up to speed on new businesses and markets quickly andto develop internal networks* Proven success leading large teams at a medium to large ($500M+)organization* Budgetary and fiscal responsibility reporting to the C-Suite* Bachelor's degree, MBA preferredAdditional InformationWhy you'll love it here:If you are seeking a culture that supports growth, fosters success and movesthe industry forward, find your place at Optiv!
