GET INSPIRED BY THE WORK YOU LL DO We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-drivenindividual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work ina challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. * Coordinate, collect, and prepare all financial data for monthly,the quarterly, and long-range forecast * Performs quantitative and qualitative actual to forecast flux analysisto Executives * Establishes financial models to generate business-specific ad hocanalysis report on an on-demand basis * Coordinate monthly reporting with financial reporting team for theBOD, statutory and management reporting * Analyze the monthly internal profit and loss report * Provide ad hoc profit and loss analysis to Sales and Product Managers * Prepare/facilitate for month-end internal financials for managementreporting * Validate internal profit and loss of data integrity * Compute and review financial trended data including financial ratiosand other metrics YOUR PASSION IS SPARKED BY: * Bachelor s Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred, with aminimum 1 3 years related accounting and finance experience or equivalentcombination of education and experience * Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting principles and SECreporting rules, hands-on experience in stock-based compensation * Recognized accounting qualification (CPA, CA, CMA) * Manufacturing or technology experience is essential * Comfortable working across functions * Proven ability to influence people and gain their cooperation * Perseverance and tenacity to drive the project to completion * Excellent oral and written communication skills * A self-starter , who will take ownership of the project * Enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment * A positive attitude and a sense of humor is a must * Excellent data manipulation skills and advanced Excel user * Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint;Advanced Excel skills required to include significant model building * Proven experience researching accounting literature, analyzingfindings, and summarizing analysis and conclusions * Demonstrated analytical skills with good judgment in selecting methodsand techniques for obtaining solutions * Established background networking with senior internal and externalpersonnel @ SYNNEX CORPORATION, WE BELIEVE EMPLOYEES ARE OUR GREATEST ASSET ANDWE EMPOWER THEM TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR BUSINESS.
