The role isdirectly tied to the success of the Managed Defense organization, as itserves as an integral foundation of our core service offering to customers.Top candidates have a customer-centric operational delivery focus,understanding of network and endpoint forensics, collaborative spirit,strongproblem-solvingskills, proven leadership abilities, are able tocommunicate effectively to people at various layers, make timely and wellthought out decisions, and possess seasoned client relationship managementexperience. To that end, Managers generally lead roughly 5-7MDCs, withvarying levels of experience and roles within the organization and workcross-functionally with their peers in other regions to form a cohesive andsingular unit across the globe. This leadership role has wide discretion toact in the best interest of their customers, including direct clientinteraction and orchestrating activities from peer groups, professionalservices, sales, or the engineering organizations. Together with theirpeers, they have the autonomy to set the pace, agenda, and the 'how'we deliverYou are passionate about security and technology.
