The Opportunity:The Senior Product Manager is a leader within the product team at Shutterstockand is responsible for delivering a customer experience and feature set thatdelivers on essential business KPIs. We are looking to optimize our customerjourneys to better convert and retain customers across a variety of cohorts.Additionally, we need to make strides toward delivering on our vision ofbecoming a one-stop platform where our customers can easily collaborate,ideate, create and distribute great content.The Senior Product Manager is dually responsible for working with keystakeholders (GM, Edit, Growth Leads) to set goals, and driving usto execution. The Senior Product Manager is collaborative in his/herapproach to internal stakeholders, while simultaneously and vigorouslychampioning the consumer experience.Responsibilities:Collaborate with designers, developers and other stakeholders across thecompany to bring the vision to life - ensuring requirements are clear andrational, making trade-offs as needed, and delivering a finished productthat achieves its goals, on schedule.Establish requirements based on market trends, analytics and researchedcustomer needs.Partner with our engineering teams to evolve our software and systemsarchitecture to support a rapidly growing customer base across multiplecountries and languages.Define and prioritize user stories and run the Agile planning and backlogs foryour teamManage stakeholders in product, sales, marketing, and technology.Analyze and interpret key product and feature metrics to surface actionableinsights and product requirementsCollaborate with colleagues across the entire company including other productteams, marketing, sales, finance, legal, and the executive team todevelop holistic customer experiencesQualifications:Data-driven customer centric approach toward product development. Ability toclearly communicate data insights to others.Experience in e-comm, payment platforms and backend processes are a plus.Ability to synthesize different points of view and present them as a unifiedplan.Ability to dive deep into the product, the business, and the competition.Empathy for our users and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.Team orientation, working in a collaborative environment combined with anunderstanding of stakeholder disciplines.3+ years agile product management experience, MBA a plus.7+ years of overall product management experienceShutterstock PrinciplesWe are one team collectively focused on creating an unrivaled experience forour Customers and Contributors. represent the mindset of the employee whowill thrive at Shutterstock.
