Primoris Renewable Energy is looking for a Senior Recruiter for its Denver, CO office. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for all steps associated with the sourcing and selection of external qualified candidates. Must be highly adaptable and have the ability to manage a requisition load that is cyclical and fast paced.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Research, source (using referrals, data mining and internet resources), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to hiring managers
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs
Partner with HR to provide best practices and customer service to hiring community
Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully recruiting within the Utility Scale Solar industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with iCims preferred
Ability to work in a high stress fast paced environment
Ability to work independently within a team centric environment with minimal guidance
Proven ability to develop long term business relationships with candidates and managers
Strong negotiation skills
Strong prioritization skills
Must have excellent time management skills
Able to apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations
Ability to use creative and analytical thinking for problem solving
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve service to hiring community
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Primoris Renewable Energy (PRE) is focused on providing full EPC services to the energy sector with a strong focus on photovoltaics solar facilities from 100MW to 500MW and are able to self-perform a majority of the work.
