Cambria Showroom Coordinator in Denver, Colorado

Job DescriptionThe Showroom Coordinator will assist with day to day operations of the CambriaShowroom. This individual will assist with guest relations and customerexperience as well as some event coordination/details. This position willstrive to discover customer needs while guiding them across the brand. Thisrole will deliver the brand experience and product knowledge to customers aswell as trade professionals. This role will report to the Showroom Manager,rolling up to the Director of Showrooms.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in day to day operations of the ShowroomProvide exceptional customer experience to all scheduled appointments andwalk-insGenerate sales leads and collaborate with the local sales team within the DCterritoryCreate visibility of the Showroom to industry partnersLearn and master Brand and product knowledge effectivelyAssist the Showroom Manager in placing sample orders for sales teamMake follow up phone calls with consumers and business partnersProvide detailed information to better help homeowners and designersunderstand the benefits of CambriaAssist consumers and trade professionals with design solutions for theirproject, as requestedWork with Showroom Manager and Sales team to increase traffic and manage leadprocessSupport Showroom Manager in planning, organizing and executing all ShowroomeventsRemain educated on current design trends in the industryMerchandise displays and ensure brand standards are maintained within theShowroomPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedJob RequirementsEffective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail, high level of organization and initiativePassion for sales and closing skillsStrong project management skillsAbility to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal andexternal partiesProfessional demeanorPronounced analytical and follow up skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentAbility to work evenings and weekends for events as business requiresPrior experience using a CRM (Salesforce) is preferredMinimum Requirements:Education: College Degree (preferably Marketing, Interior Design /Home Fashion, Retail Sales)Experience: 0-3 years' relevant experience in the retail showroomenvironment providing excellent customer serviceSystems: Google Suites, Microsoft Office, Salesforce (preferred)Physical Requirements: Showroom position requiring some lifting ofsamples, up to 25 pounds and event set up.Cambria offers a competitive benefits package that encompasses your health andwell-being, financial health, retirement planning and time-off.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain acomprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that arerequired of the employee for this job.
