Relocation assistance available from within the United States.Role Summary:The AWS Worldwide Commercial Sales Strategy, Operations and CustomerPrograms (SSOC) team is seeking an experienced Business Operations ProgramManager to execute against the operational priorities for our organization.This role will be responsible for developing KPIs with the SSOC leadershipteam, measuring performance of the organization, supplying relevant andtimely data, and developing and supporting operational mechanisms. Thisposition will lead and coordinate activities such as headcount planning andtracking, budget management, operational initiatives, and coordinatingcross-SSOE deliverables.The ideal candidate has a sales operations or finance background,organizational planning experience, broad technical skills, strongfinancial acumen, and a passion for analytics and data. This individual willmanage a broad-range of business operations activities and workcross-functionally across geo -based sales operations teams, Finance,HR, and Commercial functions. The successful individual has a proven workethic to deliver desired results, outstanding communication skills, anddrives towards simple, scalable solutions to solve difficult problems. As amanager, the candidate will have a track record of hiring and developingstrong talent, and be able to deliver successfully against high standards.Responsibilities include:* Manage a portfolio of sales operational priorities, working across SSOCand Commercial teams* Participate in the definition, management, and progress tracking of SSOCperformance* Develop requirements to support operational dashboards and reporting* Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to drive change* Collaborate with other sales operations managers to identify, implementand share best practices* Work with business owners and stakeholders to define deliverable objectivesand scope, assess work plan and critical dependencies, developmilestones, and drive execution to ensure timely completion of results* Prepare ad hoc analysis, conduct root cause analysis, engage withcross-functional stakeholders, and drive/participate on projects as needed* Identify process improvements, and implement mechanisms that simplifyinternal sales operations and drives standardization of program deliverypractices* Up to 10% travelBasic Qualifications* 5+ years experience in Worldwide/Global Sales Operations* 5+ years experience in Program/Project Management* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Operations, Economics, or FinanceAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
