Locations: Centennial, CO OR Colorado Springs, CO

Avionics Technician Job Duties:

  • Perform depot level heavy maintenance, heavy modifications, service extensions, and other C & D level checks.

  • Troubleshoot, repair, test, remove and replace avionics and instrument wiring and systems installed in various airframes

  • Perform the job using hand tools, test equipment, technical documents, and technical reference materials, especially wiring diagrams.

Airframes:

C130, PC-12, Dash 8, 737, C9/DC9, P3, 328, M28, A29 (aka: EMB 314 Super Tucano)

Qualifications:

  • 4+ Years’ Avionics Experience

  • Airframe specific experience not required

  • Must have the ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and drawings, especially wiring diagrams

  • Must own tools. Toolbox must be shadowed and tools etched or colored.

  • Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Preferred:

  • Aircraft Modification experience

  • Depot Level Heavy Maintenance and/or C & D check experience

  • Experience terminating multiple connector types

  • Experience running harnesses

  • Airframe specific experience

  • Soldering experience

  • Knowledge of basic crimping tools, coaxial cables, and ethernet cable

Sheet Metal Mechanic Description:

Seeking Structures Technicians with experience performing aircraft modifications and depot level maintenance on multiple airframes / platforms.

AIRFRAMES:

C130, PC-12, Dash 8, 737, C9/DC9, P3, 328, M28, A29 (aka: EMB 314 Super Tucano)

JOB DUTIES:

  • Main scope of work will be performing heavy modifications

  • Additional duties include service extensions, depot level maintenance, and other C/D level aircraft checks

  • Repairing sheet metal, structure surfaces, and assemblies

  • Performing heavy maintenance, overhaul, and repair of fixed wing structures

  • 5+ years’ experience in depot level heavy maintenance or heavy modification work

  • Specific airframe experience not required, but preferred

  • Experience drilling rivets, working with sheet metal repair or structural overhauls

  • Ability to refer to publications and aircraft manuals and troubleshoot based on data

  • Must own tools. Toolbox must be shadowed and tools etched or colored.

  • Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Specific airframe experience

  • Experience with Hydraulics

  • A&P is always a plus, but not required

Pay:

$35.50 including per diem (technically pays 23 an hour plus $100 per diem)
