MidFirst Bank Trust Assistant in Denver, Colorado

Position Description: Under limited guidance, the Trust Assistant provides supportto Trust Administrators, management and clients. Responsible for dailycoordination of account administration for personal trust, agency andcustodial relationships. Maintains accounts by initiating a range of accountactivity, monitoring account records to ensure accuracy and completeness,and responding to client inquiries. Assists Trust Administrators in developingadditional business, making client presentations and coordinating withinternal partners. Works with Trust Administrators to ensure adherence tostandards and regulatory requirements. Support includes responsibility for daily coordination of accountadministration for personal trust, agency and custodial relationships. Maintains accounts by initiating a range of account activity,monitoring account records to ensure accuracy and completeness, andresponding to client inquiries. Working directly with clients and internalpartners to solve problems and provide superior customer service. Assists Trust Administrators in developing additional business,preparing client presentations and coordinating with internal partners.Oversee a small book of business of lower to mid complexity accounts with theoversight of the Trust Administrator. Other duties as assigned.
