Success in this roleinvolves rapidly building rapport with the call recipient, tailoring thevalue proposition to their individual needs, overcoming objections, andgetting them started in the program.You have the potential to make a tremendous positive impact on individuals'lives. Call recipients are typically very sick or unaware of the severity oftheir health condition, requiring the Healthcare Program EngagementSpecialist to be empathetic, tenacious, creative, and self-motivated.You will be cross-trained to support other patient engagement operations inthe call center as needed. You will join a team that is professional,collaborative, supportive, results-driven, and which celebrates success. Training and on-going coaching are provided to the Healthcare ProgramEngagement Specialist to help improve their skills and performance.Opportunities exist to grow in this role and with the company.Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Healthcare Engagement Specialist:Telephonic Work/Engagement - 100%Effectively communicates program information to new patients.
