Aerotek Marketing & Administrative Assistant in Englewood, Colorado


As the Marketing & Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for planning and coordinating marketing events such as dinners, luncheons, seminars, etc. and will work with advisors to handle a high level of client engagement from these efforts.

Primary job duties may include:

  • Open and close the office on a daily basis

  • Presents a professional and positive demeanor to our clients, vendors and staff

  • Answers the phone and assists clients and/or directs calls to appropriate employees

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

  • Handles thank you and birthday cards to current and prospective clients

  • Maintain Advisors' calendars and keep advisor aware of daily appointments and cancellations

  • Assists with daily outreach, scheduling and follow-up calls

  • Data input from marketing events, lead generation and radio calls into CRM software

  • Calls on vendors, maintains office supply inventory and places orders

  • Prepare materials for dinner workshops, educational classes, client events etc.

  • Updates social media content on company website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram

  • Event planning for educational seminars, client appreciation happy hours and firm outings

  • Create monthly newsletter via Constant Contact

Additional Skills & Qualifications:


  • 2+ years in an administrative or marketing role, preferably in a relatable field like Insurance, Wealth Management, etc.

  • Confident with relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) CRM system experience a plus.

  • Experience with client engagement management, event planning/coordination, etc.
