Catholic Health Initiatives Program Coordinator in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado

Duties & Responsiblities
Assist the Operations Director in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.
Monitor/control operations to meet expectations and Precision Medical Alliance's goals.
Liaise with team members to ensure smooth operations delivery.
Ensure operational structure and procedures are observed.
Evaluate/identify problems with current operational structure and performance and provide insight for improvements.
Assist teams to achieve performance targets.
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for references purposes.
Marketing Communications as directed (newsletter, Salesforce (pipeline), conference prep/shipping.
Board Meeting Coordination (preparation, minutes, etc.).
BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 2 years of program, department, or marketing/ communications coordination in healthcare required. Affiliated Life Science or other relevant communications, marketing, or program/ departmental coordination experience acceptable.
Outstanding computer skills to include Microsoft Office tools; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Live Meeting, SharePoint, Web-based electronic data capture systems, Kronos timecard system (required)
