We are seeking a Production Program Manager with a Bachelor's degree in arelated field of study. What to look forward to: As a Program Manager, you will beusing your skills and expertise to direct all phases of our programs frominception through completion. You'll be responsible for the cost,schedule, and technical performance of our programs and establish designconcepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research,development, integration and test. You'll coordinate the preparation ofour proposals, business plans, budgets, and financial terms andconditions of contracts, act as the primary contact for programactivities, and lead program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule,and tecAt SNC's ISR, Aviation and Security (IAS) team we are a leading mannedand unmanned aircraft systems integrator for high-performance intelligence,surveillance and reconnaissance, and aviation systems. IAS tailors solutionsto customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs toconsistently exceed expectations and provide a turnkey approach to enable ourcustomers to focus on their mission.Must-haves:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,Engineering, or a related field of studyA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationPMI or PMP certification (within 6 months of hire)Ability to understand financial dataThe ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be requiredPreferred:Experience with aircraft modifications and integrationExperience with aircraft maintenance/MROFAA Airframe and Powerplant LicenseFCC GROL (Avionics LicenseIMPORTANT NOTICE:This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S.Security Clearance.
