Unlock your potential here!Whatyou will do in this role:Youwill demonstrate your nursing specialty advanced knowledge, skills andunderstanding of the unique aspects of the population served in the care ofyour patients.Asa float pool nurse, you will utilize your specialized skills and unitspecific competencies.Youwill oversee and direct the care of CNA's and assistive personnel, maintainingfinal accountability for the care given to assigned patients.Youmay rotate to other areas other than your normally assigned servicearea/s, andwill perform only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency.Whatqualifications your will need:Current licensure in the State of Colorado asa Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.Current BLS and ACLS with American Heart Associationor American Red Cross for all Float Pool Registered Nurses required.Graduateof an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.Twoyears' nursing experience minimum with specialty in acute care required.Swedish Medical Center, part of HCA's HealthONE, is locatedin the south metro Denver area where it has been a proud member of thecommunity for more than 110 years.
