Oversees projects and responsible for the scrum process from initationto delivery.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance thecustomer experience.Support stakeholders to ensure the highest quality products to our customers.Monitor team velocity, throughput, burndown, cumulative flow and workwith teams and release train engineer for improvements.Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including: daily stand ups, backloggroomings, sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives.Owns and Resolves team blockers as it pertains to Sprints and Programincrements.Attend bug-triage meetings and help prioritize work.Responsible for burndown chart and communicating actions to meet teamcommitments, keeping in-sprint stories organized and properly managed.Manage, maintain, and utilize Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.Report on sprints that are in-progress.Coordinate project activities including updating document repository.Collaborate with agile team to ensure prioritized work is groomed,planned, and executed appropriately.Work with other scrum masters, release train engineering and projectmanagers to ensure alignment on dependencies.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishExperience working in medium to large scale consumer facing productdevelopmentSolid track record building and releasing new products from conception toproductionPossess technical knowledge of multiple platforms and form factors (web,phone, tablet, TV, etc.)Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative Agile environmentAptitude and eagerness to learn from a new environment and make an impactquicklyAbility to foster changeAbility to motivate othersAbility to manage complex and diverse projects, including multiple projectsand tasksAbility to listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals forrecommendationsAbility to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independentlyAbility to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressureAbility to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job dutiesAbility to communicate with all levels of management and internal partnersAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforwardmannerAbility to use personal computer and software applications; proficient inWord, Excel and PowerPointExcellent ability to work well with shifting prioritiesExcellent ability to track multiple development efforts simultaneously and tobe able to synthesize the results in fast paced environmentUnderstands both Scrum and Kanban...
