Core Sales/Account Development
Reports to Business Development Director
Supports Business Development Director in acquiring new business
Manages front line customer relationships and acts as first point of contact for assigned account(s) during sell-in process
Partner with consumer and commercial sales teams to hand off customers leads as needed
Support sales pitch preparation across entire business (as needed)
Works with internal departments collaboratively to ensure customer needs are met
May lead or support Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
Work with industry partners to leverage opportunities for increased sales
Participate in creation of account(s) strategy and programs that support the customer/account(s) needs
Support the execution of retail, online, reseller and vertical channel strategies
Support the management of forecasting/demand planning inputs with team
Support seasonal planning and NPI/NSI replenishment forecast planning
May coordinate with shopper team/channel marketing team to activate annual/seasonal roadmap marketing initiatives
Provide product feedback to appropriate internal teams to drive market level perspective and awareness
May execute sustainable and ongoing programs to ensure rep engagement and product awareness
May develop and drive awareness campaigns, retail and reseller focused
May be responsible for account, channel or vertical specific training to support promotion, training or awareness campaigns and monthly/quarterly activities for new product launches, training, etc.
Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
Other duties as required
Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Minimum of two years of sales experience required. Experience with business development preferred.
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to travel approximately 1x a month.
