Execution, Business Intelligence, Trade Marketing, DemandPlanning and Customer Service for Global Waterpik operations. This leaderwill utilize leading edge data, information systems, and metrics aroundfinancial, brand, and shopper insights to help Waterpik maximize marketshare, sales, and profitability. Additionally, this leader will manageall aspects of the Customer experience from consumer contacts, ordermanagement and Dental professional engagement both at Waterpik and with ourexternal partners. This leader will attract, retain, and develop toptalent and will foster an environment that generates breakthrough ideas andleads a collaborative and open team that lives the values of Waterpik.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Essential FunctionsSALES PLANNING AND EXECUTION: (30%)Assists sales and marketing leaders with developing annualcustomer/channel/region strategic plans and corresponding annual operatingplans to grow our business.Collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to then develop the tacticsand tools that will assist our customers in effectively and creatively winningwith consumer and shoppers through innovation, promotions, packaging andmerchandising.Coordinate administration of pricing programs for management within the OraclesystemLeads the coordination of line review activities, ensuring internalalignment and line review presentations that are consistent with strategiesand plans and provide coordination across customers/channelsWorking with Marketing, coordinate prototype and sample needs and allpresentation components .and. optimal timingConsult on key marketing programs for their effectiveness and efficiencyagainst retail channel strategies as well as sales programs - Retail andProfessional. Strong understanding of retailer policies and buyer performancemeasurements.Evaluates and make recommendations for go-to-market approaches in existing andnew markets, across channels and regions, balancing risk and return.Once established, coordinate the creation of a Go-To- Market Launch Kitincluding presentation and distribution targets for all retail Business unitsthat will serve as the basis for all customer presentations.Provide tactical and logistic support to set planograms and merchandisinginitiatives with our customers.Act as a liaison to manage account programs internally supporting the SalesTeam with coordination of activities and correspondenceEnsures that we have very good customer, market, and competitorunderstanding and works with the sales and marketing teams to provide input tothe creation of innovative win-win customer and channel strategies.Proactively identifies growth and new business opportunities by category andcommunicates action plan to address opportunities.Recommends a 1-3 year calendar of strategic initiatives, prioritizing acrosschannels / regions and brands.
