GTM Product ManagerDescription:We are seeking a talented Product Manager to take part in GTM efforts to focuson marketing facet of the product's journey. As part of the HP TechPulseproduct team, you will partner across the organization to drive businessobjectives by crafting and communicating product positioning, messaging andcustomer narratives to shape the GTM motions of the product and help it grow aconsumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team acrosssales, corporate communications, legal, engineering and more.HP TechPulse is a software platform which helps our internal and externalcustomers manage their multi-OS software, hardware, and workplaceenvironment by proactively identifying and mitigating issues.This position requires you to develop a deep understanding of DaaS customersand market ensuring internal and external readiness and connect key productand marketing priorities. You will partner closely with the product, segmentsales and channel marketing teams to identify market opportunities, createand position strategic product offerings and assist in compelling GTMstrategy. You will influence product direction and make an impact across HP aswe embark on our next stage of growth.Responsibilities:Contribute to integrated GTM campaigns to drive engagement and growth.Work with segment sales and marketing teams to define and participate in GTMstrategies to scale pipeline growth, conversions, market leadership andawareness.Review and provide feedback on training and marketing materials provided tosupport launch.Provide feedback and input into product development process to ensure productaligns with positioning and messages.Partner with marketing and update/leverage product marketing briefs whenplanning for external communications as part of a launch.Partner with analytics to set up tests and provide reporting on adoptioninitiatives and testing outcomes.Review and provide feedback on training and marketing materials provided tosupport launch.Build dashboards and collaborate with Business Operations (BizOps) tomeasure and report on the impact of ongoing campaigns and one-off tests.Maintain strict confidentiality, collaborate with multiple business ownersand external partners, and work well in a high-pressure environment.Work closely with cross-functional teams and partners including productmarketing, consumer marketing, media agencies and business development.Champion GTM needs and concerns across teams to influence the productroadmap, policy decisions, and business strategy.Education and Experience Required:Experienced product leader who has successfully scaled growth in a productmarketing function.5+ years of product marketing/product management experience.Experienced product leader who has successfully scaled growth in a productmarketing function.Ability proof of working in close partnership and developing strongrelationships marketing and product management teams.Experience merchandizing product features leading to quick adoption andlasting usage.Experience successfully working in a global, matrixed organization.Strong analytical and communication skills.Strong relationships built throughout the organization.Smooth and coordinated product launch process across all regions withadaptations for local requirements, maximizing feature adoption andminimizing customer contact rates.Excellent working relationship with product management, marketing,customer experience, and sales teams.Measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.MBA preferred.Optional Experience:Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as AirWatch, MobileIron,Nexthink, Systrack, VMWare Workspace1, Microsoft Intune.Familiarity with ITSM processes and solutions such as ServiceNow, Remedy,Freshdesk, Ivanti, etc.Experience with IoT technologies and use cases.#LI-POST AdvertisementHP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
