ACS (Advanced Compute and Solutions) is seeking an entrepreneurial ProductMarketing Operations Manager to lead ACS marketing operations on our highgrowth, future-oriented businesses, including Data Science, VR and otheremerging areas. This role will work with some of the most excitingup-and-coming products in HP.The Product Marketing Operations Manager will support the teams in buildingprocesses and structures to scale the business. Activities include leadingevents, community, and organic social media coordination, as well asother special projects. The role offers an opportunity to help build processesfor emerging business areas, drive the scaling of exciting technology andplay an important role in creating the future of computing.ResponsibilitiesBuild and create processes and structures to support an entrepreneurial teamas we scale for success.Support event management and working with influencers and HP ambassadors.Build, own, and implement robust community and organic social mediastrategies for each assigned business.Establish and manage day in and day out testing-and-learning plans tocontinuously optimize practices.Partner closely with peers across the organization including the productteam, business. development team, developer relations team, worldwidemarketing team, and engineering teams.Leverage data and insights to inform processes and structures and then workcross-functionally to execute programs.Assist with managing, updating, and reporting out program level budgetPerform marketing support activities as needed, e.g., PO and accrualmanagement, proof of execution.Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, fun andcontinuous improvement.Take on ad-hoc projects as needed.Experience and skillsBA or BS in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of marketing experienceSelf-starter, highly organized and efficient with strong quantitative,analytical, and business skillsProblem-solving focus and Optimist attitudeAbility to think strategically across the short, medium, and long term,with attention to the details, and a love of learning about newtechnology, evolving marketing and media trends and technology to serve ourbusExcellent written/oral communication skills and strong ability to influenceothers.Experience with influencer identification, recruiting, management andproviding editorial review to influencer content and projects.Experience with event management, community creation, content creation andmeasurementStrong teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to create close alignment andcollaboration with other teams.Agile Marketing Frameworks experience or willingness to learn and implement isa bonus.HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insuranceThe estimated range of compensation for this job at the time of this postingis $94,545 - $115,555.
