The Customer Service Representative position is primarily responsible forassisting customers in a courteous and professional manner and accuratelyinputting complete customer information into the technology system, as wellas answering customer, vendor, and subsidiary inquiries. The CSR is alsoresponsible for processing orders, quotations, returns, credits, and invoices. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer phones and emails to address customer questions,issues, or concerns Answer pricing and product questions Create and issue department purchase orders, estimates, andinvoices Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Respond promptly to order and item status received via email,telephone, fax, and mail from customers, dealers, and subsidiaries Develop and maintain positive customer relationships Resolve customer complaints Contact and respond to client inquiries and schedule appointments Send proofs to customers Call customers when work is completed Process Tool Truck and Specialty Vehicle orders Process Transwest/Summit Bodyworks orders Assist in coordination of installs (in house and outsource) Manage all transportation requests for finished vehicles tocustomers, trade shows, and vehicles from body companies Call various vendors to obtain pricing and schedule variousvendors for projects Place orders with outside vendors Data entry Scan document files and other scanning projects into systemsoftware.
