Aerotek Health Care Billing Specialist - $20/hour in Glendale, Colorado

Aerotek is hiring 6 Billing Specialists for a health care company located in Glendale, CO!

Pay: $20/hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 7am-7pm

** Need to be open to training in office, then may have the chance to work remote after that **

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting COVID-19 project by submitting claims for reimbursement from the government

  • This includes reviewing and correcting: payer, patient demographic, Member ID, make sure didn't have a primary payer, diagnosis code in correct line, COVID testing is in right placement, and working out of a portal through this program that's going to assign a payer ID for each patient

  • Additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of recent billing/revenue cycle experience in the health care industry

  • Insurance verification, eligibility, payment posting, or re-submission of claims experience required

  • Experience working in EPIC a plus

  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

  • Strong computer skills
