We'll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value ofspirituality in healing.We're proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.Your day.As a Pharmacist you need to know how to:Assure the availability and integrity of medications for administration to thepatientMonitor pharmacy inventory to minimize wastage, assure doses are availablefor patients and IV solutions are recycled appropriatelyProvide drug information to other healthcare professionalsVerify accuracy of technician work and other pharmacist workPrepare and assure availability of compounded medications, extemporaneousmedications and prepackaged medications in accordance with current standard ofpractice guidelines and state / federal regulationsProvide clinical pharmacotherapy including, but not limited to: patientmedication counseling, multidisciplinary patient care rounds, medicationadministration record review, adverse drug reactions monitoring andreporting, medication error reporting and pharmacokinetic dosing serviceYour experience.We hire people, not resumes.
