North Range Behavioral Hlth-Greeley Marketing Specialist in Greeley, Colorado

Days and hours may vary Sunday through Saturday, 7am - 7pm. Paid monthly.Actively promotes the strength and breadth of our programs to new and existingcustomers and agencies helping to break the stigma of accessing care forbehavioral health needs.Minimum Qualifications:Education/Credentials- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business,English, Public Relations, Psychology or a related field that incorporatesa significant amount of writing and interdisciplinary thought processes or anequivalent combination of education and experience required- Valid Colorado driver's license- Public Information Officer training preferred- Bi-lingual skills preferred- A background check and substance abuse screen will be required.Experience- One year of marketing and/or community outreach experience, preferablyin a non-profit organization- Preference given to those candidates with general experience with andknowledge of social media platforms- Experience in event planning and execution strongly preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Advanced social media: planning, execution, measurement, and trends.- Advanced event planning: coordination, execution, and measurement.- Marketing fundamentals, including public relations, communications,brand awareness, advertising, copy creation and editing, collateral,and traffic controlling.- Project management principles, practices, techniques and tools.- General use of Adobe DC; particularly in creating, editing, andmerging PDFs highly desired.- Demonstrate proven ability and success related to project management andstrategic thinking.- Independently plan, organize, time manage and prioritize multiple tasksand assignments in a deadline driven environment.- Apply initiative, strategic thinking, and creativity to all levels of work.- Actively and consistently support agency initiatives in daily joboperations.- Positively and effectively communicate both orally and in writing with awide range of individuals and constituencies.- Prepare presentations and perform public speaking skillfully.- Work as a team member across all departments and levels, maintaineffective working relationships, and foster a positive and cooperative workenvironment.- Train others as needed for marketing, outreach, and communityengagement activities.- Exhibit poise and professionalism under pressure, particularly whendealing with the public.- Be sensitive to and aware of the diverse behavioral health needs that existin North Range's service area.- Demonstrate advanced competency in computer program and softwareapplications, especially Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.- Understand the need to maximize return on investment of agency marketingdollars.- Exhibit pride in the workplace environment.- Perform tasks with a focus on exemplary customer service.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Director to create, edit, and update electronic orprinted communications that promote agency programs/services. Gatherinformation and assist with writing content for staff, program or agencyaward nominations.- Work together with Director to facilitate consistent and meaningfulconnections with the public through e-newsletter, social media platforms,online search engines, and other online platforms as assigned.- Assist Director in developing processes and strategies that supportefficient execution of online agency communication; follow and maintainrelevant presence on online platforms within agency, brand, and HIPPAguidelines.- Write, edit, and submit press releases; update and maintain press andemail databases; collaborate with Director on media query responses; editagency communications as requested. Act as Public Information Officer(PIO) when assigned. Provide tours of facilities as needed.- Contact community partners for potential speaking opportunities; maintainlist of staffing/speakers/content experts for community events,trainings, presentations, and press opportunities; help developpresentations
