North Range Behavioral Hlth-Greeley Mental Health Clinician, Multi Systemic Therapy in Greeley, Colorado

Days and hours may vary Monday through Sunday, 7am - 7pm. Dependent uponexperience and skills. Salary placements generally occur near the minimum tomidpoint of a position's range. Includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and$1,500 add-on pay for on-call assignments. Bilingual skills may be compensated additionally.Program: The Multi Systemic Therapy (MST) provider deliversevidence-based resources to solve the complex problems that put youth at riskfor out-of-home placements. Position requires an innovative and creativeproblem solver. Must have flexibility to provide on-call service as needed,24-hour-per-day/7 days a week as part of the team rotation schedule.Position Summary:Provides on-going assessment, crisis intervention, individual, andfamily therapy and case management services. Develops strength-based serviceplans, monitors treatment progress, documents interactions and maintainselectronic clinical records and other reporting data for individuals with mildto severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Coordinates withinternal as well as external supportive services to deliver needed services toclients. Collaborates with clinical supervisor, other team members andpsychiatrist regarding treatment. The MST therapist requires innovative andcreative problem solving and the ability to use time and other resourcesefficiMinimum Qualifications:Education & Licensure- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or relatedhuman service field from accredited college or university required- Colorado Clinical License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) desired- Ability to become credentialed with various health insurance companies iflicensed- Bilingual/Spanish preferred (additional monetary incentives)- Valid Colorado Driver's License and a driving record that meets agencyinsurability requirements will be required- a background check and substance abuse screen will be required.Experience- Experience coordinating mental and/or behavioral health interventionplans and services with other agencies.- Experience with creating and implementing effective interventions forbehavioral issues desired.- Experience in clinical service provision with children, youth andfamilies. In home and/or community based experience desired.- Must possess strong/effective verbal and written communications skillsand manage time and priorities with competence.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Mild to severe mental health and/or substance usedisorders/disabilities and the recovery process.- Professional and ethical guidelines as outlined by the State of Colorado.- Basic and routine computer keyboarding, programs and software.- Basic, routine, and advanced records maintenance and filing practices.- Basic, routine, and advanced office management practices and operatingprocedures.- Workplace policies and professionalism.- Organizational structure, workflow and operating procedures.- Effective de-escalation techniques.- Identify and support appropriate diagnostic assessment using currentdiagnostic system.- Coordinate mental and/or behavioral health intervention plans andservices with other agencies.- Plan and use effective interventions with clients.
