Account Managers maintainresponsibility for managing a portfolio of assigned clients, growing monthlyrecurring revenue, driving account penetration increase, and activelyseeking new business opportunities. This position requires the ability toquickly learn the technical aspects of the product, as well as the abilityto plan, develop, and execute account management strategies that meet orexceed team and individual goals.You Are:* Passionate about working with clients and helping them grow their business* Self-directed, proactive and solutions-oriented* Relationship-oriented and team player* Able to execute with minimal supervision* At home in a fast-paced, high growth environment and know how to get itdone - whatever it may be - with a sense of urgencyYou Can Expect To:* Manage a large portfolio of assigned clients and actively grow theirportfolios to meet the company's growth goals* Develop strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key clientstakeholders to reduce churn, for the purpose of increasing retentionrates, cross-selling and account growth* Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely, successfuland profitable delivery of software solutions* Educate existing clients in a designated market of new products and/orenhancements* Conduct sales presentations with key buying influencers and decision-makersup to and including C-level executives* Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize profit* Forecast and track key account metrics and activity using existing CRM* Represent Engrain at sales events and trade shows, as needed* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Client Success teams* Serve as an industry and product expert while staying abreast of industrytrends, insights and competitive dynamics in the marketplace* Up to 25% travel required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree* 5+ years proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably AccountManagement, Sales or Project Management providing SaaS / Cloud /Technology solutions* Proven record in planning and executing effective account growth strategiesfor large enterprise clients* Drive and passion for generating new business* Aptitude in initiating creative tactics, conducting sales presentations,navigating org charts to reach key influencers and decision-makers, andclosing large deals* A self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment* Positive and energetic presenter, with excellent listening and negotiationskills* Excellent communication skills (internal and external)* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong skills in data analysis and sales tools usage (i.e. SalesForce.comand LinkedIn)* Ability to share best practices, continually improve processes and provideclear and consistent reporting to leadership* Self-directed, proactive, and independent in a dynamic and aggressivestartup environment with the ability to pivot/adapt as neededWhat We Offer:* Compensation Range: $65,000 - $75,000 with potential to earn up to30% in bonus* 100% coverage of employee's health, dental and vision coverage* Immediate and generous paid time off* Paid Parental Leave* 401K (matched investment)* Personal growth stipend* A fun workplace with on-site amenities including a professional fitnesscenter, flexible and modern workspace, meditation room, coffee bar,happy hour taps and employee lounge* RTD Light Rail flexpass + easy access from the officeMore About Engrain:Located in Denver, with teams in Dallas / Fort Worth.
