Enrollment SpecialistRequisition ID2020-13485LocationUS-CO-Greenwood VillageEmployment TypeFull-Time/Part-TimeJob DescriptionThe Enrollment Specialist Associate is responsible for completing enrollment855B forms, obtaining the necessary information and signatures for allgovernment payors and other commercial payors, as needed. Ensure on-goingcompliance is maintained with regard to Centers for Medicaid and MedicareServices (CMS) guidelines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage own time and work assignments effectivelySeek advice/feedback in terms of priorities or issues when necessaryResearch and prepare applications for all existing and new AMR OperationlocationsRequest and organize supporting documentation to accompany various providerenrollment applications from multiple departments, including but not limitedto: Operations, Corporate Compliance, Legal, Tax, PBS, etcGather licensing from AMR Operations, for submission with correspondingenrollment applicationsRequest Certificates of Good Standing, Articles of Incorporation, and anymerger and/or purchase documentation from Corporate Legal DepartmentRequest a CP575/147C from Corporate Tax DepartmentCoordinate the claims submission process with PBS, including establishing abilling timeframe for new areas of operationAnalyze banking structure to determine if new bank accounts are required perCMS regulationsComplete application to establish Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)Maintain all provider filesSubmit applications and follow-up with carriers providing additionalinformation as requestedMaintain database of all licensing and vehicle registrations for all operationlocationsParticipate in internal and/or external meetings, as necessaryResolve payor inquires, as necessaryCommunicate to Management all changes in CMS enrollment requirementsComplete special projects as assignedPerform other duties as requiredWork in a spirit of teamwork and cooperationConvey a sense of competence and commitmentUse initiative to learn new skills, enhance personal knowledge and improvecommunicationsDemonstrate an ability to work well with Team MembersCommunicate a willingness to help others succeedMentor peers to meet production and quality standardsBuild relationships with AMR employees and regional payorsShare workspace and resources as necessaryPass new-hire and department-specific testing, (e.g. data entry test anddepartment-specific aptitude testing)Flexible with shifting daily prioritiesMeet deadlines working within tight time constraintsHandle a large volume of workResearch and analyze carrier issues to resolve any current and/or potentialproblemsMeet or exceed and sustain all established standards for productivityAdhere to all company policies and procedures
