DescriptionJob SummaryThe IT business partner serves as a liaison and IT representative to corebusiness units within AirMethods. Provides collaborative support to identifyopportunities, align roadmaps, and plan and prioritize work to achievecorporate goals. Keeps IT focus on the highest-level company priorities witheffective day-to-day operations and helps evolve early stage business ideasinto future-growth initiatives, leveraging process and technology as a keydifferentiator for success. Works daily with the business areas for which theyare responsible, translating business needs and priorities to process andtechnology solutions. Seeks to identify challenges and opportunities, planand build roadmaps, prioritize and execute projects, and deliver newcapabilities to support business needs. A focus on solving business problemsand ensuring that technical solutions reflect the business needs whilealigning to overall organization strategy including architecture,services, process and governance.Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:Understand business partner priorities and objectives - analyze data,process and technologyWork with stakeholders to define user requirements and draft process andtechnical documentationMap objectives to solutions - Define and document roadmaps and plans intoproject workPartner with technical and project management teams to deliver project workSupport quality services delivery and support including applicationconfiguration, administration, testing monitoring and continual processimprovementTrain technical and business teams on technology, products and servicesDefine and measure KPI'sBuild and implement a domain blueprint for each line of business supportedDevelop system integration diagrams and workflows to support effectivedocumentation of services providedPartner with the PMO around project planning, delivery and reportingPrioritize and report on work, solve dependency and resource issues andconstraints.Other duties as assignedAdditional Job RequirementsRegular scheduled attendanceIndicate the percentage of time spent traveling - 10%Subject to applicable laws and Air Method's policies, regular attendanceis an essential function of the position. Inaccordance with applicable laws, Air Methods will provide reasonableaccommodations that do not create an undue burden so disabled employees mayperform the essential functions of the position.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university andfive to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalentcombination of education and experience6-8 years of analyst and project management experience.SkillsAdvanced customer service and phone skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills includingclear, concise and structured responsesAbility to speak to technical and business stakeholders and users, andinteract at all levels of an organizationAbility to map multiple and complex business processes to applications andtechnical processesExcellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritizeand multi-task and meet deadlines in a constantly changing environmentGather, document, analyze and recognize requirements and patterns in data
