SUMMARY:

Under general direction, provide pre-sales engineering, solution design, and implementation oversight for Advanced Service client engagements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Engage in pre-sales activities for client opportunity pursuits, to include establishing and growing client relationships and identifying/qualifying opportunities in partnership with regional and/or major/enterprise account sales leaders.

· Engage with clients to understand their unique needs, collaborate with partners to design the most optimal solution to meet those needs in alignment with Kforce capabilities business modernization, digital and agile / devops transformation.

· Provide domain subject matter expertise in support of client sales pursuits, go-to-market sales collateral, and in the development of practice centers of excellence.

· Communicate effectively with clients on capabilities of the Firm, to include in-person meetings, developing and delivering presentations, leading and/or participating in client proposal development, and participating in closing activities.

· Align with assigned Kforce account, vertical, and/or market leaders to assist in creating client development strategies for Kforce Advanced Services. Attend account / sales pipeline reviews and serve as a primary contact for Advanced Service capability support for project and/or opportunities.

· Lead and/or participate in negotiating and developing service agreements, Statements of Work, and contract terms. Partner with Kforce back-office functions to ensure financial, legal, and operational support requirements can be met.

· Provide post-sale oversight of the delivery of Kforce services to include, engagement set up, performance management, service level agreement compliance, 3rd party management, service metrics, quality control, security compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement.

· Develop and manage tools, processes, and procedures to actively monitor and represent practice and service delivery metrics to stakeholders.

· Track success metrics of engagements. Continually identify and recommend improvements to become more productive and scalable.

· Lead and assist in the selection, management, coaching and administration of key consultants in the Consultant Network Program.

· Lead and assist in the definition & go-to-market strategy of Advanced Services relative to market trends and business demand.

· Maintain current information on trends and best practices within relevant technical, functional, and industry within the practice area(s).

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor s degree and 10 plus years of experience required.

· Experience in professional services (i.e. systems integrators, management consulting, staffing) required.

· Former big 4/5 consulting experience facilitating and managing complex business modernization, digital transformation, or agile/devops transformation solution, application development and/or managed service environments delivering services required.

· Leadership and management experience in one of the Firm s primary lines of business (Technology and/or Finance & Accounting) and established experience in at least one Kforce industry vertical (i.e. financial services, high tech, communications & entertainment, etc.) required.

·-{PS..1}->Deep subject matter expertise in a domain / service area aligned to Advanced Services required across a client s digital transformation or agile transformation journey with a focus in areas such as application development, devops, agile/scrum, business intelligence, user experience, change management, journey mapping, cybersecurity, etc.).

CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES:

PMP, ITSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CDA, PCM, ACE, ACP, etc. or technical certification (Microsoft, Java, etc.) is required in at least one area.

Up to 50%
