Thisposition requires heavy outbound emails, lead generation andqualification, appointment setting and effective collaboration with theSales Team in order to produce quality leads. Strong communications skills inorder to handle inbound leads with a goal to onvert those leads intoappointments. An Engrain Sales Development Representative will need toquickly learn our product suite and target market, to move qualified leadsinto the sales funnel.You Are:* Ready to jump into a critical lead gen role for an exciting new product andcontribute immediately* Fast paced, startup environment and know how to get it done - whatever itmay be - with a sense of urgency* You have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to join a rapidly growing salesteam on the ground floor with expectations to be rewarded for exceedingaggressive quotas* Client facing with a desire to grow in the B2B sales worldYou Can Expect To:* Execute a strong prospecting plan to include a high volume of data mining,outbound telephone, and email prospecting* Identify key buying influencers and decision makers with key personnel up toand including C-level executives* Analyze prospect's business needs, determine their requirements,ascertain potential solutions, qualify and schedule sales appointments,and move quality opportunities into the sales funnel* Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity usingSalesforce (including calls, prospect pipeline, notes, etc.)* Support National Account Executives in demonstrating, quote and contractpreparation* Meet or exceed opportunity/appointment quotas* Provide value added market intelligence to sales leadership* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Team to optimize team sellingproductivity* Drive attendance and schedule meetings for industry trade shows andnetworking events.Requirements:We Would Like:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred* 2+ years proven sales, telephone prospecting or lead creation inweb-based applications* Strong preference for SaaS / Cloud or Technology experience* Demonstrated aptitude in initiating creative tactics, conducting extensivecold calls, email campaigns, and navigating org charts to reach keyinfluencers and decision makers* Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strongwriting ability* Exhibit drive and passion for generating new business* Self-directed, proactive, and independent in a dynamic and fast pacedenvironment* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong skills in data analysis and sales tools usage (i.e. Salesforce.comand LinkedIn)* Ability to share best practices, continually improve processes and provideclear and consistent reporting to leadershipWhat We Offer:* Compensation Range: $20.00 - $24.00 an hour + bonus* 100% employee health, dental and vision insurance coverage* Immediate and generous paid time off* Paid Parental Leave* 401K (matched investment)* Personal growth stipend* Fun workplace with on-site amenities including professional fitnesscenter, flexible and modern workspace, meditation room, coffee bar,happy hour taps and employee lounge* RTD Light Rail flexpass + easy access from officeMore about Engrain:Located in Denver, with teams in Dallas / Fort Worth.
