Strategic Plan AnalystRequisition ID2021-15146LocationUS-CO-Greenwood VillageEmployment TypeRegular Full-TimeJob DescriptionJob Description Summary : Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Construct business rules for programs and processes associated withOperational Planning and Analysis Platform based on contractual language,available data and interactions with local operational and communicationspersonnel.* Create, validate and maintain accurate SQL queries and Reporting Servicesreports focused on, but not limited to, the areas of performancecompliance monitoring, operational planning, market demand and volume trends.* Perform complex, multilayered analysis of operational performanceutilizing data from multiple sources.* Assist leaders by assembling data to support internal performancepresentations.* Assist leadership in the development and evaluation of key metrics andbenchmarks.* Create operational performance reports and test for accuracy on a regularbasis.* Seek new and innovative ways for AMR to provide great service at a higherlevel of efficiency to its patients and customers.* Document and share leading practices in deployment planning and educateoperations management by disseminating knowledge of Central Planning tools andprocesses.* Work as a team with other Central Planning personnel to ensure consistent,quality service across all operations.* Perform additional advanced analysis and SQL related projects as assigned.* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.* Adherence to and compliance with information systems security iseveryone's responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer userto: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures.Attend Information Systems security training, when offered.
