The position will generally be task oriented, requiring someonewith a conservative, careful, and cautious approach to work.As a Financial Analyst, you will review, analyze, and maintain revenueand cost performance measurement baselines and variance analyses,communicate revenue/cost trends and quantifies for managementattention/action.You will be responsible for a variety of tasks includingunderstanding and providing transparency into both Division and Shared Serviceunits, analyzing and reporting risks and opportunities for improvement inboth Division and Shared Service units, coordinate development of strategicplans and business cases using appropriate financial indices and runningbusiness case analyses and makes recommendations regarding funding and costmanagement. Also, you will track, understand, and forecast monthlyfinancial results based on historical trends and predictable cycles, andreport month and year-to-date comparison with prior year. Additionally,Financial Analysts are expected to provide primary financial liaison supportbetween the organizations and the Finance department on specific accountingand finance issues, participate in analyst team meetings, Flash,Close, 5-Day, Monthly and Board reports, Quarterly and Annual Reports,build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat otherswith respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistentcompliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to theposition, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Officeof Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.Minimum Requirements:To be considered for this position, you must possessthe following qualifications.3+ years of relevant job experience related toproducing/analyzing/reviewing data analytics.Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related fieldor equivalent combination of education and related work experience.Experience workin
