1. POSITION:Program Coordinator, Outdoor Industry MBA2. DUTIES:Responsibilities: The Outdoor Industry MBA (OI-MBA) Program Coordinatorwill provide comprehensive administrative support to the OI-MBA Program andwill manage OI-MBA student enrollment throughout the student life cycle fromadmission through graduation. This position will compile data on admissionsand enrollment trends and assist in the implementation of marketing andrecruiting strategies. This position will counsel prospective students onadmissions requirements, advise enrolled students on program requirements,and coordinate student registration. This position will make all programpurchases, track expenditures and report on balances. Using the Bannerstudent information system, this position will schedule MBA courses, inputfaculty assignments and draft contract recommendations. This position willimplement all communication and logistics for the OI-MBA immersions and otherofficial functions.3. REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor s degree. Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite,including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to interact in an effectiveand appropriate manner with diverse populations, the University community,and the public.4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:The position will handle all clerical responsibilities for the OI-MBAprogram, including filing, phone/email communications, mailings,posting syllabi, etc.5. PREFERRED SKILLS:Exemplary oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Bannerand Hobsons Radius, or similar platforms. Prior experience in highereducation administration desirable.6. WAGE:$19.23/hour, FLSA non-exempt.7. SHIFTS:Must be willing to work some weekends and evenings and travel as needed.This is a 32 hour/week position that reports to the OI-MBA Program Director.8. JOB SITE:Gunnison, Colorado9.
