BURNCO is looking to add a skilled Pump Operator to our Colorado team in Henderson or Fort Lupton. Someone who drives change and takes pride in their high-quality workmanship and their ability to get things done effectively and timely. What you will be doing:
Safely operate pump truck with timely arrivals, accurate delivery, and proper set up (clear of power lines, etc.)
Complete required paperwork such as job tickets, timesheets, proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIRs), pump reports, etc.
Ensure equipment fluid levels appropriate, check tire pressures, lights, etc.
Complete routine maintenance of equipment, report minor mechanical issues
Escalate major equipment problems or failures to supervisor, dispatch, and shop
Maintain thorough cleanliness of the unit’s interior and exterior, complete proper wash out procedures
Contribute to keeping areas in and around the plant clean and hazard free, report safety concerns
Comply with BURNCO policies and local, state, and federal regulations including DOT and company driving requirements
Escalate concerns to supervisor
Other duties as assigned
Reality of the Job:
You might work long hours during peak times
You will work most Saturdays, especially during peak season
Requirements
What we would like from you:
Ability to maintain proper attendance while working irregular hours, including scheduled Saturdays
Ability to pass PSP, MVR, background check, drug test and physical assessment
Ability to read, review and follow quality and operational instructions
Ability to manage emotions in stressful or frustrating situations
Commitment to safety, customer service and teamwork
23+ years old with valid CDL license preferred (will accept 18 years old with CDL permit if approved by Colorado General Manager and USA President)
2 years commercial or 1-year pumping driving experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration

Bonus Eligibility: Annual Hour Bank Bonus Accrual
