Together, let'stransform the way the world pays.Job DescriptionThis position is specialized in providing end-to-end IAM life-cycle from HRdriven processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Conversion, User AccessRevalidation) to Application enrollment to IAM services and role basedaccess governance (e.g., managing role lifecycle management processes,incl. role modelling and engineering). As a Cybersecurity Analyst on ourIdentity and Access Management team, you will be responsible forand/contribute in the following areas:Essential FunctionsAct as the IAM point of contact for a set of assigned applications and managethe enterprise end to end lifecycle for these applicationsComplete access request processing as per pre-defined sets of procedure andwithin agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA), resolve problem ticketsrelated to corporate and commercial applications and assist other securityanalysts as neededProactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customersto gather and analyze IAM business and functional requirements to achievesuccessful enrollment of enterprise-wide applications to the centralized IAMinfrastructurePerform role mining and role engineering analysis for role-based access duringenrollment of enterprise-wide applicationsIdentify process automation opportunities on existing access managementpracticesDocument access management procedures for assigned applications and/orplatforms; keep the access management procedures up to dateProactively identify audit and compliance access related issues to reduce therisk of security exposures on the support systems and works with various teamsto implement the improvementsProvide guidance and direction on access controls and IAM practices tocustomerAnalyze and improve existing solutions, streamline processes and recommendupgrades to application access management services to improve end userexperience and productivity.Day-to-day access management activities for high/critical applications andsystems, including on-call support for a 24X7 operation for any accessmanagement security issue.Partner with clients and stakeholders to grow or deliver newcapabilities/solutionsQualificationsBasic Qualifications2-3 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree(e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) in a computer science or related field.2-3 years of experience with application access management and role-basedaccess governance expertise with a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree(e.g. Masters, MBA, or PhD) in engineering, computer science or arelated fieldBroad and deep background in all aspects of Identity and Access Managementend-to-end lifecycle, from HR driven processes (on/off-boarding,conversions, transfer), to
